HOKA® Limited Warranty

HOKA® LIMITED WARRANTY
We stand behind our HOKA footwear. HOKA warrants that its footwear products will be free from material or workmanship defects for one year from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. All warranty claim items sent to HOKA which are beyond one year from date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please note that HOKA can offer an exchange or credit but does not perform repairs.
 
Warranty Covers Authentic Product
Applies to authentic product purchased directly from www.hokaoneone.eu/, through our call center or from an authorised retailer. Because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorised sellers, this warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorised sellers unless otherwise prohibited by law.
 
Not Covered by Warranty
- Item(s) over 1 year old from date of purchase.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental damage.
- Water damage.
 
HOKA will replace or exchange a defective Product that is covered by this limited warranty or will offer website credit in the amount of the purchase price of the product. Please note that if a web site credit is provided as a result of this evaluation, such credit will expire if not used within one year from the date of issue of the credit. Items returned for defect evaluation will be processed in the order they are received.

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to Products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall HOKA be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction
