The item I have ordered is out of stock, what happens now?

We only process payment at the point your HOKA ONE ONE order leaves our warehouse; in the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil all or part of your order, we will notify you by email and only process payment for any items we can ship. Some banks may show a payment pending on account statements, this does not indicate payment has been taken and will be removed if we are unable to fulfil your order. Please note this may take 5-10 working days to be reflected on your statement.
