Can I make changes to my order?

Once an order is placed and has reached our Warehouse, we are unable to amend or cancel it in any way unfortunately. Nor can we change any customer information such as billing / shipping address. It’s a restriction applied to our order management system to safeguard our customer’s data.

If you have changed your mind about your order then you are of course welcome to return it to us upon receipt for a full refund. If you wish to order any additional items then you will need to place a new order.

Full information on how to return your order will be enclosed in your parcel.
